Detailed Information on Each Part of Beston Pyrolysis Plant

1. Reactor

The reactor is the main part of the pyrolysis system for waste, where the raw materials like tyre/plastic/rubber are processed. We have designed two types of reactor for our pyrolysis plants.

a. 360-degree rotating. The special design makes the bottom of reactor get heated evenly, which can lengthen the service life of reactor as well as improve the pyrolysis speed.

b. The reactor is stable and not rotary, which makes the temperature rise and pyrolysis react quickly. This special design makes the whole pyrolysis process efficient and can also save much heating materials.

2. Casing

The outside of reactor is our casing, which has special keep-warm device and can save much fuel materials. It will be used for protecting the reactor and to isolating the oil to get in direct contact with the flue gases.

3. Manifold

Oil gas from reactor spirally moves into manifold. The manifold can separate the light oil from heavy oil. The light oil will rise into next step (cooling system); the heavy oil (oil contain fine dust) will flow in to residual oil tank, and this kind of heavy oil will return back to the reactor by oil pump and be refined again. The manifold is configured with auto over pressure alarming system and the emergency gas releasing pipe to ensure security.

4. Heavy Oil Tank

It is used to collect heavy oil from manifold. It has auto heavy oil pumping.

5. Condenser

The condenser is used to convert oil gas into liquid oil. Compared with general condensers, our tubular condenser has the features of larger cooling area and better cooling effect, which can greatly improve the oil yield. It is easy to maintain, which is very convenient for customers. Meanwhile the cooling water doesn’t contact with oil directly, so it is environmental.

6. Oil Storage Tank

The tank is used to collect and purify extra unliquefied oil gas and guarantees they can be piped into furnace for heating. It is energy-saving and burning without odor and dust.

7. Water Seal

It is used for desulfurization and de-dusting of combustible gas, which can prevent the reactor from corrosion after burning. That’s why our reactor’s service life can be lengthened.

8. De-dusting System

We have strictly de-dusting system to clean the emission, which can meet the local environment protection standard. The system has three layers, water washing, ceramic ring adsorption, water spray. The three steps can further guarantee no-pollution in the production.

9. Cooling Tower

It provides the recycling cooling water for the whole pyrolysis process.
