Technological Process

Feed the scrap plastics or tires into the high temperature and normal pressure pyrolysis reactor directly without removing sediment, water, steel wire and other impurities, and then heat the raw materials and catalyst in the reactor. Through the pyrolysis process, we get the oil vapour. The vapour goes through the condenser and is liquefied to oil mixture. The vapour that can’t be liquefied in the normal pressure goes through gas system for burning the bottom of the reactor. The oil mixture having been liquefied enters fractionation processer for being burnt, and then get base fuel oil. After precipitation filtration and add various kinds of additive, the oil becomes qualified fuel oil.

1. Security

Security of the main equipment. In the production process, the main composition of the unliquefied exhaust gas are alkane class from C1 to C4 , which is quite dangerous if directly burnt. In our present production technology, before burning them as fuel material, we will let the gas go through the first water seal, and then go to the second gas nozzle, which can achieve complete safety in production. The pyrolysis plants are all equipped with the latest independent intellectual property patents that can control the pressure and temperature of the main processer and key systems. In case there is abnormal situation, it will alarm automatically. There is always security assurance in the production process.

2. Environmental Protection

The treatment of the three exhausts in the production process:

a. Exhaust gas

By means of full combustion through water seal and gas nozzle, it can not only eliminate the exhaust gas pollution, but also sale a large number of fuel materials. In dust emission area, we adopts proprietary national patent products strong atomization dust desulfurization equipment and make the discharge of smoke and dust meet related standards of GB 13271—2001.

b. Exhaust liquid

In the treatment process of oil products, there will be waste water with weak acid (every one ton oil production generates about 50kg water, small volume and easy to dispose) generating. After neutralization by adding faintly alkaline liquor, the neutral waste water shall be harmless with three-grade filtration and be discharged into special evaporation processor to vapor (heat source is the flue residual heat of main processor).

c. Exhaust solid waste

The residue left from catalysis and split of waste plastic is carbon black, which accounts for about 10%-15% in the waste plastic weight. It can be used as raw material for industrial carbon black production, and also can be used as auxiliary fuel for power plant. We have special discharge technology to ensure environmental protection.
