Exciting news from Indonesia! We’re thrilled to share the latest information that the commissioning and operating of a BST-10 charcoal making machine have been smoothly completed. This marks another step forward in our mission to provide efficient and sustainable solutions for biomass utilization. Let’s explore the latest developments of this project.
Testing Details of BST-10 Charcoal Making Machine in Indonesia
In January 2024, under the guidance of our expert engineers, the BST-10 charcoal making machine trial operation progressed smoothly. The Indonesian customer purchases this machine to process empty fruit bunches (EFB), a type of biomass with high fiber and cellulose content. Throughout the testing phase, we utilized palm kernel shells as substitutes for EFB, achieving excellent results that underscore the machine’s efficiency in converting biomass waste into premium charcoal. All components of the machine, including the feeding system, pyrolysis main furnace, syngas recycling system, dedusting system, and discharging system, performed well during the testing phase. It can be believed that our Indonesian clients will be able to fully utilize local abundant EFB biomass resources to produce valuable charcoal.
