Celebrate Biomass Carbonization Machine Achieving 120h and 360h Continuous Work!

How to realize long-term continuous machine operation has always been the key to improving biomass carbonization efficiency and productivity. Now we are thrilled to announce that our new generation of biomass carbonization machine has successfully achieved 120 hours and even 360 hours of continuous operation. Let’s explore the details.

Phase One: Achieving 120 Hours of Continuous Operation

From May 28 to June 2, 2024, Beston biomass carbonization machine continuously operated for 120 hours. During this period, we used eucalyptus wood chunks, apple wood chunks, wheat straw, and peanut shells as raw materials. The results were satisfactory. We have succeeded in:

Stable Equipment Operation: All parameters of the tested biomass carbonization machine remained normal.
High-quality Biochar: For reference, the peanut shell charcoal produced in this test had a low ash content (10.5%), high fixed carbon content (76.8%), and a high calorific value (5920-6570 kcal/kg).
Stable Synas Output: Large amounts of syngas produced during carbonization directly fuel the machine, with no need for additional external heat sources.

Phase Two: Achieving 360 Hours of Continuous Operation

From July 4 to July 19, 2024, we conducted a 360-hour continuous operation test on the carbonization machine. Over the 15-day test period, the machine performed well and remained parameters stable. This signifies that our new-generation biomass carbonization plant has reached new heights in reliability, stability, and efficiency.
