In April 2024, we received updated information regarding the installation progress of 3 sets of BLJ-16 pyrolysis plants in Malaysia. This project will dispose of waste plastics and oil sludge, contributing to local waste management and environmental preservation efforts. Below are pictures from the scene for your reference.
Installation Site of BLJ-16 Pyrolysis Plants in Malaysia
- Equipment: 3 sets BLJ-16 plastic and oil sludge pyrolysis plants;
- Installation assistance: provided by Beston Group’s engineers;
- Installation schedule: basically complete, waiting for inspection and testing.
BLJ-16 Pyrolysis Plants Will Benefit Local Environment
- Firstly, with a capacity of 12-16t/d per set, these plants can exactly reduce the accumulation volume of waste plastics and oil sludge.
- Secondly, this project’s end product pyrolysis oil will be directly used as industrial fuel. This will reduce fossil energy consumption and CO2 emissions to the atmosphere.
- Thirdly, equipped with a high-end dedusting system, the plastic pyrolysis machine in Malaysia will not lead to pollution. The dedusting system can effectively handle exhaust gas volumes of up to 1000m³/h and meet stringent EU emission standards (SO2: 50mg/m³; NOx: 200mg/m³; PM: 10mg/m³; HCl: 10mg/m³; HF: 1mg/m³).
