4. More powerful condensing system
The pyrolysis tire recycling system adopts new rotary-type condenser, which can further ensure and improve the oil output yield rate and be more convenient to maintenance. The residue tank of the new equipment has doubled size of the old equipment, which makes the oil residue and impurities more easier to precipitate in the process of pyrolysis in order to achieve the purpose of reducing the frequency of transparent and overhaul of the condenser and making the equipment more stable. In addition, in order to make the rotary condenser more convenient to repair, we have firstly increased the diameter of the condenser from 32mm to 159mm, and then have added flanges in the front of the condenser to make the loading, unloading and transparent more convenient.
