3. Pyrolysis: Heat the pyrolysis reactor for 60-90 minutes. In the hypoxic reactor, organic elements in bamboo undergo themal decomposition, forming charcoal within 15-25 minutes. The process mainly involves three steps:
- Step 1- Dehydrate: Remove internal water;
- Step 2- Demethylation: Remove H2、CH4、C2H6、CO and other mixed gases. Some of the combustible gases, after undergoing cyclone dust removal, water seal purification, and condensation, are recycled back into the combustion chamber to heat the main furnace.
- Step 3- Volatile release: Remove MeOH, C2H4, tar, and other substances.
