Plastic Pyrolysis Project in Morocco: Installation and Commissioning Completed

Recently, a plastic pyrolysis machine has been installed and meticulously debugged in Morocco. The Moroccan plastic recycling project has flawlessly navigated through all delivery phases as per the original plan. Beston Group’s installation engineer has successfully completed the tasks. Below are some details on the project site.

Plastic Pyrolysis Project Successfully Completed in Morocco

Key Installation Stages of the Plastic Pyrolysis Plant in Morocco

  • Pyrolysis Reactor: It started with the pyrolysis plant reactor being carefully hoisted into its predetermined position. The installation team then meticulously applied refractory mud to the casing and laid insulation cotton around the reactor. Every step was carried out with precision, strictly following the design specifications.
  • Catalytic System: The catalytic system is a key part, greatly determining the final oil yield and oil quality. Any improper installation of could lead to a substantial reduction in final oil yield. Thus, ensuring the correct installation of the catalytic system is of utmost importance.
  • Feeding System: The installation team precisely aligned the feeding system to the reactor. This ensures seamless feeding operations, effectively eliminating any potential blockages during the feeding process.
