1. Steel Wire Remover
The single hook wire remover machine for hydraulic tyres is used to draw the steel wire from tyres bead completely in one-time, which aims at facilitating the next steps of cutting and shredding.

2. Jaw Type Tyre Cutting Machine
This machine can be only used to cut the whole tyre whose diameter is larger than 1200mm. If the tyre’s diameter is less than 1200mm, it doesn’t need this step.
The main parts of the machine include: motor, moving head, head, frame, cylinder, hydraulic station, control box, etc.

3. Comprehensive Tyre Shredder
The comprehensive tire shredder is mainly used to shred the whole tyre. (The size of the tyre is smaller than 1200 mm. Besides, tyre bead has been removed and the steel in the tyre bead has been also removed) into rubber blocks of 50 mm. It usually can be used as pre-treatment equipment of tyre pyrolysis plant or rubber pyrolysis plant. So it is quite important for the rubber powder production line.
The main parts of the machine include: tire hoist, power system, knife set for shredding, as well as screening.

4. Belt Conveyor
Belt conveyor is utilized to convey the whole tire and rubber blocks.
The main parts include: motor, speed reducer, conveyor belt, roller, rack, back plate, as well as trundle, etc.
5. Coarse Crusher
Having been crushed into rubber blocks of 50mm by the shredder, the tyres are conveyed to the coarse crusher by the belt conveyor. The coarse tire crusher can crush the rubber blocks into small size of 2-15mm.

6. Fine Crusher

7. Screw Conveyor

8. Coarse Fiber Separator
