Project Configuration: 3 Sets of BLJ-16 + Double Catalytic System + 3-in-1 Condensing System

• BLJ-16 is a batch plastic pyrolysis plant with a capacity of 12-16t/d. The simultaneous operation of 3 sets of BLJ-16  will ensure efficient conversion of plastic to oil, bringing significant economic benefits to the Croatian customer.
• The double catalytic system will reduce the generation of wax oil during the pyrolysis process. This minimizes the maintenance downtime of the machine and ensures work efficiency.
• The three-in-one condensing system integrates a condenser, oil storage tank, and water seal. This design can store more pyrolysis oil within a limited production space, reducing land rental costs for the Croatian customer.
