Brief introduction of MSW sorting project:
Municipal garbage sorting and comprehensive utilization project firstly separate the garbage into combustible waste, plastic waste, organic waste, construction waste, metal waste; and then deep process the waste in accordance with the characteristics of the garbage to achieve the purpose of comprehensive utilization; as well as to achieve the targets of reclamation, harmless, zero emissions of solid waste treatment; to achieve the maximize benefits of economic, social and environment of garbage disposal.
Firstly, the dehydration of fresh garbage.
The moisture content of fresh household waste is relatively high, which is generally about 50%. In order to effectively sort the waste and dispose the waste later, we firstly need to use the combustible gas generated by combustible waste to dry the garbage.
Secondly, municipal solid waste sorting.
The municipal waste is transported to waste sorting machine by forklifts or conveyors. By means of comprehensive technologies such as wind selection, magnetic separation, screening, gravity selection, centrifugal force and so on, the machine can sort the garbage into five species: combustible waste, plastic waste, organic waste, construction waste and metal waste.
Thirdly, the comprehensive recycling of municipal waste.
1. Treatment of plastic waste
There are generally two methods to recycle plastic waste. Firstly, after sorted out, crushed and cleaned, the plastic waste can be made into granules by waste plastic recycling plant. The plastic pellets can be used to make new plastic products or sold directly. Secondly, the plastic waste can be converted into fuel oil and carbon black by waste plastic pyrolysis plant. Both of the final products are fetching high prices in the market, which will surely bring you great profits.
2. Treatment of combustible waste
The combustible waste sorted out from the garbage can generate combustible gas by garbage gasification unit for municipal waste drying, organic disinfection and so on.
3. Treatment of organic matter
The sorted organic matter (organic soil) can be directly used for the production of organic fertilizer or composting, for the green crops fertilizers, as well as used to make green soil.
4. Treatment of construction waste
The sorted construction waste can be directly used for production of baking-free bricks or landfill treatment after gas sterilization treatment.
5. Treatment of metal waste
The sorted metal waste can be sold directly for recycling.
